You can view the products and place an order at Nurserybitz anytime, as the internet is never closed. Orders will be
processed on the next working day.

Using the Catalogue
You will enter the Website through a series of pictorial representations. Once inside the Online Catalogue, lists of
product groupings will lead you through to individual products, listed in detailed tables with catalogue numbers and
prices. A Search facility is also available.

Packs
Products are listed in packs of varying sizes e.g. 1, 10, 100, with the price of the pack shown in the table. If for
example, you require a quantity of 2 of a product, select a pack of 1 and order 2 packs. If you require 30, select a
pack of 10 and order 3 packs.

Placing an Order
Ordering online is very simple. Just browse our online catalogue and when you find the product you require, select the
catalogue Number and Pack size and click 'Order'. You will then be asked enter the number of packs you require and
confirm you have selected correctly. You can continue to follow this pattern until all products are selected.

Viewing and Amending your order
You can view your order by selecting the View Current Order link at the top of the screen, where you will be able to
Amend the number of packs selected or Remove the product from your order, should you have chosen the wrong product or
pack size.

Confirming your Order
Once you have selected all your products, you can start the process of sending your order electronically by selecting
the Confirm & Complete Order link at the top of the screen. You will then be asked several questions about delivery
and payment.

To Send your Order
Your order is sent electronically to Nurserybitz once you have you have selected your Payment Method and clicked on
Continue. You cannot stop the transaction once this stage has been passed. A receipt will appear giving details about
your order. WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU PRINT A COPY OF THIS RECEIPT FOR YOUR RECORDS. If you have any questions about the
order, or have made an error, please contact us by email or telephone, stating your order number.

Delivery Charges
- UK Mainland
We charge £10 + vat for delivery of an order under £100 + vat.
We do not charge delivery on orders over £100 + vat.

Delivery Charges - Non UK Mainland
Please ask for a quotation for delivery charges outside the UK mainland.

Delivery
Our regular service is 7-10 days from receipt of order. If goods are required sooner than this, please notify us on your
order. If you have not received your goods within 14 days, please contact us.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you
would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added.
For orders made from other countries in the EU, 17.5% VAT is added, except where a valid VAT number is provided.
All other orders are VAT free, which will be deducted when processed at Nurserybitz.

Payment
All goods remain the property of Nurserybitz until all payments due have been paid in full. Payment terms for authorised
credit account customers are 30 days nett from date of invoice.
Payment can be made by debit/credit card online. If you prefer not to enter card details on our website, you can still
place your order and send your card details by fax, post or by telephoning us.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque or on delivery for large items.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our online system. All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text or on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee to always refund or replace faulty items, and exchange goods if you are not entirely satisfied. This is in
addition to your statutory rights.
